We had a hat embroidered and when we went to pick it up all the thread was coming out. The letters were also not aligned so we pointed it out to them and they apologized and the man said they would redo it. He told us he was going to unthread it and completely redo the font and also had us pick out a different font for the hat. We went back a second time to pick it up and the hat had not been unthreaded... All they had done to fix the hat was lay more thread over the already existing thread. So the letters are still not aligned and the font was not changed to what we had picked out and the hat still looks terrible. We decided to leave the second time without asking for it to be fixed AGAIN so we could just find a different place to do it. If you want to get a hat done do not go to AAA.
Phone systems are weird. I'd suggest stopping by or emailing! Pretty quick on getting back to you by email and with a redesign (if you have an idea but not artistic should). They didn't have the samples of shirts that I wanted to consider using, but they were great at giving brochure information and "this is kind of what it looks like" information. Very friendly. Their quote was consistent with others in the area.
We ordered caps with our company logo on them in multiple colors. I have to say I was very impressed by them, all the colors and the embroidery looked great. The caps were done in a timely manner and Nathan stayed in contact with us throughout the process. We were so pleased that we just ordered more! I highly recommend giving AAA Trophy a try, we will continue to do business with them!!
I needed same-day service for a company logo embroidered on a shirt. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and completed my order while I waited. We will definitely be using AAA for all of our company’s embroidery needs.
