Great sales rep, knowledgeable of all appliances. I also bought a mattress, still deciding on that issue. All in all I am happy, although I was delivered a damaged freezer. They gave a good discount and the freezer works great.

I will most definitely never purchase anything from this store again, and I suggest if you buy anything from here don't waste your money on the warranty because they won't repair your items!!!
Leased some large appliances here. The selection is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. The process of making a purchase can be very slow, however. Spent three hours, much of which was spent watching our salesperson learn how to use the fax machine (three times!). Still, a good experience overall, and the delivery/installation team was excellent.

It has now been over a month and I still have a $1,500 broken couch that is supposed to be under warranty!!!!
Finally after 2 days with no return call I decided to call the store in Lufkin to see if the manager could help me. I spoke with Josh and he assured me he would take care of this issue for me. After 2 more days and no call back, I called again and and spoke with Josh again and still nothing has been done.
Finally the last time they called me to reschedule my service I had enough and asked to speak to the manager. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes and transfered to someone's voicemail that never called me back. I tried calling back the next day with the same result.
I set up and confirmed a service request and was given a date and time for the technician to come to my home and repair my couch. No one ever showed up, instead I get a call saying the technician would not be out due to a medical emergency.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
