Stopped at loves in Cleveland to get fuel filter no tech working and unable to get filter from manger...they had no key...when calling back Carrie answered phone telling Kathy the manger I was on phone..not realizing she had not muted call...telling Kathy she would just put me on hold....what a crew loves should be proud ....
Not good had to wait on bathroom and had no coffee ready and shower hot water didn't work very good
Quick stop Easy to get in,hard to get out drivers parked in driveway. Many empty parking spaces. Drivers to lazy to park in spaces provided.
We came as a disaster relief team. The manager Greg was a great guy and comped half our meal at the store. Rosio was amazing!
