I walked into "All About You Salon" thinking it would be all about me...WRONG! I entered the small salon and wasn't greeted by the 3 staff members they had. They all saw me walk in, but said nothing! Eventually I stepped up and asked if anyone was available to do a haircut and highlight. That should have been my cue to leave because after Brandy started putting foils in my hair she kept stopping to fit someone else in on my time! I was left to sit in another chair while someone got their hair cut "real quick." Eventually she pulled the foils out and left me at the sink unwashed while she fit in another cut "real quick." Another lady came back to check on me, but said NOTHING TO ME! Then the entire time she was working on my hair she was completely ignoring me and talking to her co-workers. Overall, the staff has absolutely no customer service skills and are pretty much rude. The haircut and color was not great and I would advise all to choose a salon that is more about you because this one is just false advertisement!!
All About You is a great salon. When I am in Lufkin visiting family, this is where I go for a great hair cut, color and style. The stylists are friendly and the salon is comfortable and relaxed. Denise has been my stylist for years and she is the only stylist I trust 100%. I highly recommend All About You salon.
