I love going to master cuts in the mall! I always use Rosa, she is always understands what I want and does it amazingly. If she has a better idea she discusses it with me. We always come up with a plan before we get started.
So about a week ago I made an appointment for 12:15pm. I'm there 10 minutes early. No one says hi. Finally at 12:15pm they ask for my name. I tell them I have appointment and they are confused. Um the chick you are scheduled with is running late. Do you need to do some shopping. Ahh. Ok I leave come back 40 minutes later. She still ain't here. Three lady's in there an one says we are all hooked till 3 can you come back. Are you serious?! No no I cannot. Never again.
