Horrible place. They ask you about your life and say that you can talk to them about anything and that they can help you but as soon as you've left, or atleast they THOUGHT you've left, they will talk about you to the whole office when they think no one is around and will say things like, "sucks for her" "oh well" and laugh at your situations. Will never go there again.
This place was amazing until the manager Jessica was very rude to me upon arrival because some of her staff did not place an appointment right. My mother had to go to the back with me to make sure I was going to be okay. The manager swung the door open with a horrible attitude and when we were talking in her office she kept saying how upset she was that she was late for her lunch. Before arrival I advised the manager that we could reschedule but she insisted that a certain time that day would be fine. The worse part of this is that she asked me who my OBGYN was and I advised her that her name was Sophia Clark and Jessica said "oh I know her we went to school together. When I arrived at my doctors appoint ment the following week Dr.Clark advised me that there was no gender appointment that day and the receptionist just forgot to schedule the appointment. A coincident? I think not!!!! I did't even go to my next appointment there I felt so uncomfortable and out of place!
