Took 1hr and 20 mins to deliever 2 pizzas when i called to c what was taking so long i was told it has be delivered and few mins later said they messed up the pizza and would be there shortly i will never order from here again
A lil pricey but the pizza is delious and all the options you can do is really nice
Sometimes they do not top pizza very thoroughly, or ignore extra sauce or cheese orders (the latter of which is an extra charge, so this can be frustrating).
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The person who took my order over the phone was rude, wouldn't let me talk or answer the questions I had a bout their specials. When I was about to spend $30 on my order, "I said you know what just forget it I'm calling Marcos. My family spends quite a bit of money on pizza every year. We will never spend another dime at this place.
Pizza quality fluctuates a bit more from order to order than is ideal, but overall the pizza is good and the service is acceptable.
