Great waitress! Food is good... service is very slow
Bad service. Hostess told us to seat ourselves. Didn't get drinks and my wife never got a refill. Got offered ranch for our appetizer and said yes and never got it. Asked for lime with my beer 3 times and never got it. Burger was raw even though it took 15 minutes. My wife's burger was wrong. Check had a $15 dollar discrepancy from when we received original receipt to final receipt. Asked our server Corey about it, and asked to see original receipt to make sure we saw total correctly and was given excuse that most patrons look at receipts incorrectly and never brought the original receipt like requested. Got fed up, paid and left.
Party of 4 and 3 ate from the lunch menu. Lunch menu items are to be free if not delivered in 15 minutes or less. 3 meals were free. Food was good and good proportions.
OK the peopke were very friendly. My order had gotten messed up but I think it was because it was so loud in there and I wasn't very clear on what I wanted so I wasn't too mad. They let me come back they fix the order and they let me keep the original one I had received.after getting back home the second time I've discovered that not only in the new order they have fixed but the original order had hardly any seasonings.I had ordered salt and vinegar and you couldnt even taste it.it was basically a plain. I could smell the salt and vinegar but I couldn't taste it.I didn't want to call back the second time take a compkain again. And here's why: The first mistake was basically a misunderstanding and I partially blame myself for that. But in the past when ordering this particular seasoning on my wings they come out and you barely taste it. In fact one time I ate inside and asked them to take it back to put more on it.to me if someone's going to order a particular seasoning not only does it need to smell like the seasoning but we need to actually tasted.don't be stingy please
