They charged me a mandatory 3 hour minimum at $89 an hour. My little small 1 bedroom move took about 1 hour. They take advantage of you! They charge you top dollar for the lowest quality labor! Only used them one time due to no one else being available. Once they know you need help, with no other movers available, they will rob you! Unethical and the movers were black, slow, dumb, lacking . . .
Move in and renting a unit was extremely easy. The man in the office was friendly, showed us the unit, and everything was laid back. They offer auto-pay as well as being able to come in and take care of it yourself. You can also access your unit 24/7, and it is gated. I recommend to anyone looking for storage!
