*Update* - I've received a call back and spoke with a lady that that wanted to resolve the issue. At first she was hesitant to believe me when I said the drivers haven't even attempted to goto my house, down my driveway. UPS wanted pictures of my driveway to prove it was worthy, because 2 drivers she spoke with said it's bad. I assured her that my driveway is in great condition, and further proved my point that they never attempted a delivery for my house. Come to find out, I was right. UPS never knew my house was here, they never looked for my mailbox with my address on it, they just assumed the street was numbered correctly and I must live somewhere else... I'm glad it has been resolved, and everyone I talked to was professional, except for the previous 5 reps @ cust. service that apparently never forwarded my complaint to a resolution dept. Its been a big hassle and upsetting, happy to see them coming to the house with my packages.

Can't get deliveries to my house. Always left somewhere else, some other address and in the publics view on a roadway. I've called and complained numerous times and still no resolve. Called today and sounds like I might have talked to the right person to mitigate this ongoing problem. Only 1 driver for UPS has come to my house in the last 5-6 months that I can recall and he was a backup driver unfamiliar with the route and performed his job for me flawlessly, to my door. Should this be resolved, I'll increase the stars, but what a headache it is to hunt down my own package and also must be for UPS to find people who love their jobs.
Apparently, UPS does not require literacy in their employees. They marked my package undeliverable because they couldn't find the street address in Lufkin. That makes sense since the address clearly says Chireno. Therefore, more than 60 hours after my two day shipping expectation, I still have not received my package. I called UPS customer service over the weekend to make sure that it would be delivered Monday. I was told it would be marked urgent, and I would receive a call before 10 on Monday. I received a call at 9:55am. While on time, I cannot say that was satisfactory. This is not the first time that we have had issues with UPS delivering packages. Their staff seem lazy, incompetent, and now, to add to the list, illiterate.
Easily the rudest people I've spoken with in a long time. I called to find out where my package was delivered and the lady was extremely short and the second she had told me where it was delivered, she quickly told me bye and hung up. Zero customer service skills. I'll now request my packages be shipped by usps.
