Was not impressed with Nebraska realtors, so we were hesitant about using one here. A friend told me about Annysue at Gann Medford. Corresponded two years by Email with her until our home sold. We made a quick trip and she went out of her way to show us homes and spent quality time with us, never acting like it was a burden. We decided on a home and since we were traveling so far, she helped to get everything lined up with closing. She also made sure we had lights, water, and had made it possible for the the old carpet to be replaced before we arrived. It was so nice knowing we didn't have to worry about things here and we could focus on our closing and move. We can not say enough good things about this young lady. She has a vast supply of knowledge to be so young and is willing to help you any way she can to make for a smooth transaction. She is very organized and is a great asset to the Company. Since our good experience of moving back, we have also had Annysue help us to buy another piece of land in which she was again, very helpful. Annysue is who we recommend to anyone with a real estate need.

Had a very bad experience with an agent. I am a first time home buyer and am not as knowledgeable about how a realtor does business. My Gann Medford agent forgot about me on my first trip to see the house. The agent did not contact me until I had been sitting in front of the occupied house for fifteen minutes and I called my Gann Medford agent. The agent did not even pick up the phone. I was sent a text saying the agent could not make it out to the house. The second trip to the same house resulted in my agent not making arrangements with the listing agent and then what was to be my third to the house, the Gann Medford agent calls me and states the house now has an offer and if I wished to make an offer I could do so not even having seen the house. Outside of the house I really liked my Gann Medford agent did not send any new listings until the final house. The final house had an offer placed on it the same day I went to see the house and my Gann Medford agent advised me that I had five hours to make an offer on the house. I'm sorry, but who makes a life altering decision in less than half a day? I went looking for a new realtor the next day and have had a much better experience using a different firm and am extremely happy.
