This is the most inconvenient VS that I've ever been too. Every time I go pay a bill, I'm stuck in line for over 30 Minutes because there is always something wrong. For example, today one of the cash registers was down, the time before there was only 1 person working who knew how to use the cash register, the time before that the girl on the register had zero idea of how to use it, so there was basically 1 cashier, once again. ..and service is nothing to brag about.
New management, friendly staff. Great store to shop!!
Extremely rude! I am not supporting this store anymore. I used to shop here frequently and I thought maybe it was just those times I went but they are consistently rude and seem to have their noses stuck in the air even though I spend a lot of money... not there to help... really unprofessional and not what I am used to with VS..never again!!!
Check your bags before leaving the store, if the associate leaves anything out of the bag they will blame you for not checking and will not make it right.
