They over book. My daughter's appointment was at 9:45 it's currently 11 and still haven't seen the doctor. Front desk would prefer you to do their job (they told me yesterday at 4pm that I would need a referral from my pcp before my 9:45 appt today....even though I've been a patient for years and this should be their job to request the referral from my pcp rather than tell me last minute). I would have canceled my daughters appointment if she was not sick....but in the future I will not return and do not recommended this doctor or her staff.
