I have called them several times to set up a CT Scan. My doctor's doctors have had to fax the paper work to them several times and my insurance sent them authorizing approval for the test. When I call today I was informed at noon that I would receive a call back and at 330 I had never received a call so called again to be told that they did not have the information from my doctor or insurance company. I told them that the insurance approval had already been8hhh& sent to them and that I had the reference number. They said that ,7 (77 not work and they had to have a fax one in. I was told then that Danielle with insurance from the Imaging center would call and it is after 5 now and Never recievd a call. I am about to go some where else and get my test done.
