Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! The service department here is a complete joke! A game of willing and dealing to try to make as much as they can through the customers. Understood it's a car dealership and you may expect car a salesmen to be that way but not the service department. What happened to honesty and integrity. I will not be returning to this facility!

I purchased my Explorer here last year and it was such an easy transaction. The customer service is A+. I go in for my oil changes (as I did today 7/11) and receive great service and I'm provided a print out showing everything they did on my vehicle and details of different things that are getting close for replacement. I'm very happy with my purchase and the continued service I'm receiving from Al Meyer Ford. I highly recommend coming by and checking out their large selection of vehicles. In my, experience it was especially nice to come look and be offered assistance but if you say you're just looking you won't be hovered over making you feel uncomfortable. However a sales rep will be attentive while you brows and be there to answer any questions or get the keys so you can take drive. Thank you Al Meyer Ford for an awesome experience and Explorer!

We have our car there now and we are not impressed at all. We normally take the car to Tipton in Nacogdoches and if need be for anything else, that's where it will go. We've called a number of times to only get voicemail. Not one person is for sure with what's wrong with this car. We mentioned from the day it went in what we thought it was ans then 4 days later they called saying oh well we think it's the key... Well duh, I could have sworn that's what we said it was. I'm not happy with the service so far and I don't recommend it if you are needing to take your vehicle in for service.
