The front desk people were courteous and even friendly, but somehow, even though I took my Accord in at every Maintenance Minder check, a trusted mechanic in a different city had it purring smoothly with new spark plugs and flushed out transmission fluid, all of which should've been done with my regular vi$its.
Service department is great.
I took my car there for service. Sergio and Richard would not call back as promised. The quote to replace the compressor on my car was ~$1435 before tax. When i questioned a quote of~$1435 when told i would be charged for 3 hours, Sergio stated that he didn't remember telling me i would be charged for 3hrs as labor may take up to 5hours. I called Richard the service supervisor. He said he would check on that and to give me a call back. He never did. The following day, i took my car to a different Honda dealer and saved $425.
Sales Manager is a very rude person, acted arrogantly in front of my family, although the associates have good customer skills. Tried buying a new vehicle and upon negotiating the price won't keep their words. They said that they will either beat or match the price, When provided the quote from other dealership didn't keep their words and jacked up the price. The service department is OK, sales department is worthless to business with. Better watch out ....
