All the staff I interacted with were personable while maintaining a proper professionalism. Everyone seemed quite knowledgeable while also keeping their language conversational and easy to understand as a layman. Looking forward to further work with them!
Dr. Rushing and the staff are always nice and they get you in and out as quickly as they can!
UPDATE: I have been back a couple times and everything continues to be beyond satisfactory! Everyone is friendly and seems to really know their stuff and be "on the ball!"
I had a wonderful experience here today! All of the employees were extremely nice and informative. They do great work in a timely fashion. I was able to get all my work done in one day, which is a GREAT thing for this busy mom! This included a cleaning, exam, X-rays, multiple fillings, and a root canal! Couldn't have had a better experience. Would recommend to any and everyone!
I'm from out of town and needed immediate attention with a temporary cap that had popped off of my tooth. I was worked into the schedule efficiently and serviced in a very professional manner. The cost was very reasonable, staff friendly, & dentist qualified. I highly recommend Element Dental.
Called to schedule an appointment on Saturday morning. I was in the dentist chair within 30 minutes. Had my bad tooth out 30 minutes later. Best tooth-pulling experience you could ask for.
