My wife and I have a bad experience in this place. I will never come back to this place again. They told me to go to walmart pick up medicine and I go there but a walmart pharmacy tell me they did not recieve anything from the dental. I try to call to the dental and one spanish women tell me that they already send prescription for a pharmacy and she tell me wait for an hour to come back to a pharmacy again. I wait for an hour and I come back to a pharmacy and they still tell me they dont recieve anything. I call for a dentist again and they tell me they will check it again. I continue to wait them for haft hour and I try to ask a pharmacy again but they still say no.
Had a great experience everyone was so nice and friendly. Got in and out in a timely manor and the front desk clerk helped me get my appointments straight also. Thanks so much I enjoy coming here and will continue bringing my kids here.
Overall a fairly good experience the environment was good . There was a little place in there for the kids how to play while waiting . Took our daughter in to have her front two teeth look that when she fell. She's 4 and was really nervous. They made every effort to make her feel comfortable. When it was time to leave we receive the review card and a toothbrush. The toothbrush was a bit oversized it was more for an adult and was not the correct size for a child. See attached picture I would have expected a child-size toothbrush . Also there was an awkward smell whenever you walk in that seem to linger in waiting area which could be from the building being old . There was trash on the floor behind the receptionist desk where they were unpacking boxes and left the pull tabs just laying on the floor which they could have easily picked up instead of just stepping over and around them . Definitely could use some cleaning or someone who would take the time to care to pick up and throw away . As far as the room that that the kids go into the one that my child went into it was a colorful and fun environment which seemed to strike an interest in our daughter and made it more comfortable for her. Dr Borges and her assistant were very helpful in making her comfortable and explaining the situation with her and any questions that we had.
Took my child in for a check up and cleaning . Brandy did a wonderful job. She was promt and courteous. We will definitely be coming back!
Then I have to drive back to a dentist and I see them play around talk and laugh loud in spanish. I talk with them about that and I can see they begin to use a print to send a prescription. I come back to a pharmacy and I get a medicine right away. From this time I know how good they treat with their patient... Also My wife has one teeth hurt and they fill for her then two months later see got hurt a lot and have to go to another dentist to remove a fill and replace it.
Jessica was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and answered any questions I needed answer. She never seemed as if she wasn't interested in what I was saying to her. Kool Smiles made a great choice when they decided. My kid told me that she loved her and couldn't wait to see her again. She makes going to the dentist fun!!!
