Great experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to work me in on the same day I called. Dr. Williams is professional while also being understanding and easy-going. He made sure I had all the information I needed. The whole staff seems to be committed to making your visit as pleasant as possible.
I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Williams and his staff! They are all such kind and caring people, and will go to great lengths to make your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I especially recommend them for those whose past experiences with dental care have rendered them hesitant to go to any dentist! I don't think you will find a better dental practice anywhere in the area! A great big thank you to Dr. Williams and his wonderful staff!
Just had the Best experience at Lufkin Family Dental. Dr. Williams is a great dentist and works hard at making his patients feel calm and comfortable. His office staff are awesome. I consider them all like family and will not use anyone else.
I should start of with the fact that I have a pretty significant phobia of dental work. But from the first phone call to get an appointment, I felt more relaxed. The people here are very friendly and easy to talk to and informative. I had an abscess that I had tried to take care of at another dentist, with no luck. But Dr. Williams had my issue taken care of the same day and Im not an easy patient, being scared and very sensitive to pain. They were all so kind and so considerate of my comfort. The assistant was so sweet and reassuring, and Dr. Williams himself did an excellent job and is just as friendly and easy to talk to as everyone else. You feel like your at your family or friends house,....its just a very comfortable atmosphere. I feel like for the first time in YEARS I have dentist I can call my own. All dentist work I have had in the past I have just suffered through and then put off any further work until I could try someone else. But I will definitely be going back to Dr. Williams for stuff I've been needing for years. Seriously, folks....this is the place to go. You wont regret it.
Hands down the best place ever for dental care. The staff is super friendly and the dr. is fantastic. They genuinely care about their patients and follow up with personal concern. I will use them for any future needs and highly recommend them for you and the family
The office is also really nice with some cool features I hadn't seen before. Like, they had TVs over the dental chair, so when your laying back you can watch TV. Plus, when explaining what needed to be done, I didn't have to squint into a tiny computer screen a few feet away to see what they were talking about...they threw those pics right up onto the TV screen so I knew exactly what they were talking about. It was great. I'll try to remember to take a few pics next time Im in there to add to the review.
