I find the employees here to be extremely unhelpful if you aren't wearing your "Sunday best" and they don't recognize you. I order my makeup rather than purchase from them due to that fact.
UPDATE: Bumped up to two stars due to a manager getting back to me after the incident. He was very understanding, even stating that he had looked at the ad himself and was also confused. True or not, I appreciated his apology and attempt to fix the problem.
It's difficult to find decent men's clothing made from good material there.. They also seem to be made for out of shape consumers. That's just my opinion, but I'll shop Houston more often.
It's OK, but the men's section is a bit lacking. I tried to find a leather jacket this winter but couldn't find anything decent. They only had a few style in stock. The women's section was adequately stocked. (No I didn't buy a woman's jacket...)
Recently brought in an ad that listed bedding as BOGO. Ad was unclear and labeled the whole page of bedding as BOGO. When I asked an employee about why it wasn't ringing up as such, then showed her the ad and tried to explain why it's confusing, she treated me as though I was stupid - even after not understanding the ad herself and having to double check. Unhappy with her and the attitude of some of the employees in this place.
My wife likes shopping at this store, I never find anything for myself but they don't sell outdoors gear.
