Dr. Saxton was my doctor for nearly my entire life - until last November. I found out that the issues I've been having are the result of going undiagnosed with asthma for over a decade (under Dr. Saxton's care.) Saxton finally diagnosed me with asthma at the very end of 2014, and, when I found an inhaler that worked for me, his office told me that the inhaler I wanted wasn't covered by my insurance. I called my insurance, and they assured me that it was. I went back and forth with Saxton's office for two months, and they argued that they called my insurance, who told them that the inhaler wasn't covered. I ran out of the inhaler sample and then finally got angry enough to find myself a new doctor, whose office submitted the paperwork required to get my insurance to cover the inhaler. I just wanted to breathe well again, but apparently that wasn't worth the work to Dr. Saxton and his office.
Great doctor! Friendly staff and he has his own xray machime so that is way cheaper than going to the hospital.
