The manager is a crook. My wife bout me a wedding band. She brought it home showed it too me... took it out of the box one time, tried it on, it didn't fit, put it back in the box. Upon return with the ring there magically was a scratch. Only give 50% refund... out of 650$... /)then a yr later my wife then again tried to get me a ring and use the credit from the terrible store and it was a few days past the 1 yr deadline. My was never notified and her only consolation offered by the manager was 10%... so out of 1000$+ .... do not go to this sotre!!!!

I bought a ring here that I love and I love the style of the ring every thing about the ring I love I paid very good money for this special ring so I open the next day on Christmas had the ring on all day and I hurt so I called told me to come in to make sure it fit well and I does but it hurts my finger and so I called to today and because it was sized there is NOTHING that can be done so be very careful with this store wish I had read the reviews on that store now I'm stuck with a ring that hurt my finger!!!! Thanks guys yu will not have my business no longer!!!!

Great customer service! When I was looking for rings, I was able to personally work with Mr. Beard and his great staff. They walked me through everything I needed to know when shopping for engagement rings and helped me customize a ring. Also, they were so helpful when I decided I wanted to propose, because they sped up the shipment process and got it to me in due time to give to my fiancé after we got engaged. Once we got engaged, we realized that the ring was the wrong size, (due to another jewelers mistake), and Beards Jewlers was so kind by fixing it with no questions asked. I highly recommend them and their services.
