I walked into the store and waited atleast 10 minutes for a worker to assist me. The store was busy, but there was available workers. I began looking at the jewelry on my own, only to have a 44 oz. styrofoam fountain drink, partially blocking my view. As I waited for assistance, I observed the workplace. The isles behind the counter were crowded with trash and pamphlets; Furthermore, the desks were filthy as well. Moreover, workers had personal belongings strewn all over the place. I wish Zales had what I was looking for, I definitely would have bought from them if they had it. Kay Jewelry isn't professional
Brought my ring in on Nov 1st because a diamond had fallen out! I got called Nov 13th to go get the ring! I get there and 1. The diamond is still gone & 2. The Rose Gold was polished OFF!!! so she had to send it back to the factory. She called an the factory said they will rush it! Here we are going on 4 weeks that it has been there and the problem still isn't fixed! I will NEVER as long as I live purchase ANYTHING from Kays Jewelers again!!!!
