As soon as I stepped into "Time Will Tell", I was immediately charmed by the friendly service and care by the staff. I took an expensive diamond engagement ring hoping to replace a diamond and ensure that other stones would not also fall out; when I got my ring back, the stones were visibly more secure in the setting and it seemed as though the diamonds even sparkled more brightly. I've done business with other unsatisfactory Lufkin jewelers before (not naming names) and Time Will Tell jewelers are hands down the best I have come across. Also, the time in which I got my ring back was sooner than expected. The attention to detail and precision (not to mention the concern they show for customers expectations and wishes) definitely make me want to recommend them to all looking for an affordable and efficient new jeweler to adopt. I will certainly come back with any other repair needs!!!
