I am very impressed with the quick service and friendliness of Dr. Hafernick and his staff. I took my dog in for a rabies vaccine and to schedule an annual checkup. Dr. Hafernick addressed both needs in one visit. I have a busy schedule and this helped me tremendously. He and his staff are professional, friendly and care about the animals. I would recommend Dr. Hafernick to anyone.
I was happy the vet did make the time to talk with me and apologize for the issues of circumstance which had incurred. At that time he was in the process of completing the purchase, as well as, taking over the already active business. I do understand his perspective on priority of maintaining professional interactions throughout that process. And, the limitations of time which I'm sure was placed on him as he was getting his feet through the door of his new & already busy business!
