Stay as far away from these two places as possible.
Worst dealership ever. Was in a accident and brought my vehicle there for repair. Well they have no body shop at this location and are in cahoots with an outside shop who are also worthless. S&W are their names. Long story short, all they want is your insurance money and don't care if your vehicle is fixed or not, after all it's not theirs. 9 weeks my vehicle was there and not one Bolt was changed.
The service department was nice, but I just couldn't afford this place. I know dealerships are expensive and "you get what you pay for", but I can't afford them. Too pricey and too slow for the cost.
I wasted two hours here this morning. I had called and spoke with a salesman yesterday and he said he would be able to offer me a vehicle at least 1500 dollars cheaper than another dealer I had gone too. He asked me when I could come by, I told him 8am when they opened that way I could hurry and scoot on over to work after. I got there at 8 and he was nowhere to be found. So another salesman "helped" me. He kept talking about how the other dealership had jacked up the numbers to offer a bigger discount, and theirs were cheaper. All in all they come out the same (it's all a numbers game.) Salesman were rude, and seemed to have better things to do. I tried to shop local but am getting a much better deal by heading south. (And much better treatment)
Bought my vehicle there. Part broke, "they ordered it". Called them 2 weeks later and was told "they will call me when it gets there". 7 years later, guess part still hasn't arrived, still waiting on that call.. I got it fixed somewhere that honors warranties, keeps their word. Southern never ordered it. Transmission went out under warranty, on a weekday. Was told transmission guy only came in on Wednesday. Work for a living ! Need my car. My Dad loaded it on a trailer, took to Mike Perry in Nac....inspected it when I got there, ordered transmission, got back on road. Southern service department horrible, Dwayne, Blake give Chrysler, Dodge a bad name. Buyers don't want to drive 20-50 miles for quality service, we want it close to home. Or Better Yet....where the dealer that sold us the vehicle made all that money.
But you can bet your ass they still charged a service fee.
Sad faces, not to up to customer service, service writer, and manager they both liers, I took my van to get it service, and they did a terrible job, they done some wire work on it, they rewire and the wires are out side with tape holding them, the service manager suppost to call me to see if his macanic wanna fix it, that was last week, no call jet. So this manager don't know how to run a shop, you don't ask your macanics if they wanna fix a car, you tell them to do it, that's why they there for, just terrible service, I will never take my car there, if any body read this , am not the only customer that had problems with..
