This place is pretty well ran. I was looking for a CD and the worker searched for it and found it. Every time I have come in here I have been helped and left happy.
The purchasing process was great. I bought 2 kindle fires, one as a gift. When I asked for help in setting up a g-mail account for the gift purchase I was told I would have to pay the geek squad to help with instructions on this. I called the store back to verify this and yes the geek squad will charge $39.00 for set up of a product bought from this store. It is their policy. I do not advise purchasing from Best Buy unless you know how to set up your own devices. I will not shop there again and have cut my credit card up.
Customers services needs improving .employee needs to understand all races come their to spend money .
I was trying to return a Bluetooth device, but I couldn't find the car charger that came with it. The manager was very helpful, he let me return the device, and one week later I found the car changer and brought it back to the store.
Not a big fan of this store. The employees are often interacting more with each other than customers. And it is hard to actually find someone that knows anything. That being said, the store is nice an be clean and well stocked.
