I am a computer networking professional and they are the only "local" provider in the area; absolutely horrible service. Download speeds are very inconsistent and are rarely above 1.5 mbit. Uploading is even worse. The technicians that come out to service are great, the owner (Joe Kelley), on the other hand, has done nothing to fix the service in the past 3 1/2 years. I've just disconnected my service and am using my cell phone data plan instead. My cell phone bill went up $35/month, but now I'm not paying ETDSL $55/month any more.
My friend described his experience with these guys, and it was so bad I felt compelled to log in and leave one star, which is one star too many. Improve your customer service.
When I first got their service it was great. Now it sucks!!! Would not recommend this company for internet service at all! The employees are nice though
Why are we paying 4 services we are not getting. WE R NOT HAPPY GET TI OUR HOISE AND FIX THE ISSUE
We have called and called ti have them come oit and fix our signal strength 4 several weeks
The folks are nice. The service is fair. We live in an area with very poor internet. We can do a dish- internet like, Hughnet or Dishnet but the most they will give you at a reasonable price is 10 GB of data then they slow way down to mgb of data. ATT and Verison either does not work at all or it is the same as the dish folks. East TX DSL is the only guys with OK service at my home. Granted sometimes it is zero but at least 80% of the time it is 1.5 -3.0 GB download and 1 upload which is fast enough to watch a movie although not in HD.
