Sam's Club in Lufkin is one of their better stores that I have been in. We frequent it for bulk items that save us alot of money. Their Members Mark brands are good products. Their deli provides a good low cost meal anytime. We all love the pizza and hot dogs. The kids also love their deli sandwiches and chicken sandwiches. Never had an issue with this store and will continue to shop there!
Tried to find air conditioner window units. Ask three people. Finally had to go to the front of the store after buying membership and finally got someone to show me where they are. In my opinion you need more Associates on the floor to serve your public that keeps you in a job
Sams club has terrrible service online
I would not recommend buying anything from sams club online. There system is old. They actually have to put you on hold for long periods of time to help you with anything. Then they seldom know the answer. In my case a TV was being shipped to me. It was either lost or delayed I was going to be gone for thanksgiving. No one after numerous calls could help me. I was surprised by this type of service from this type of business. Oh yeah. They're phone system is one of those super annoying ones where the robot loves to hear itself talk. Just goes on and on.
