Dr. Hasell said I didn't have osteoarthritis because I was "too young". All that was with me was "I am fat". Very unprofessional!!!! How ever the nurses were awesome. You just can't ignore 15 years worth of medical history.
I can only give high praise to the clinic. From the volunteers, who are so friendly, to the check-in staff to the pharmacy and everyone in between. A special thanks to my wonderful doctor, Dr Hassell and his team of nurses. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
My personal experience at the Lufkin, TX VA Clinic has been very positive. I have visited several times in the past year. My wait times have been no more than 10 minutes, the staff very competent and helpful.
One star just to show i was here, called lufkin yesterday to get them to check on my appeal, asked to speak to the tvo, lady said he's not at his desk, can I help you? Need to check on my appeal, what's your social? Before I could get it out of my mouth she said it's still pending. Why don't the damn free loaders get out and get a real job.
