Wonderful group of physicians
The staff here is great! My two boys see Dr. Glass and he is so good with them and great about explaining things to me as well. We are very happy with this clinic :-)
Had a great first couple of visits here. My daughter recently started Pre-K and the school nurse discovered that the clinic had missed a couple shots on her record that she needed. I was a little upset but understandable that mistakes can be made. The hardest part was telling our daughter, after we had just told her she would not have to go back for years to get another shot. Today the school nurse calls, the day after they gave her the 2 additional shots, to inform us that one of the shots they gave her was the wrong shot. My wife and I are irate at this point and I will make sure to broadcast this by any means necessary.
They still use fax machines, which makes me wonder if any of their other equipment is newer than 1972.
Both of my boys have been patients since birth. All of the doctors are wonderful. They have mostly been seeing Dr. Khan for the last 9 years and I love her. My youngest had infection after infection, had seen the other doctors but we were getting nowhere. He started seeing Dr. Khan, she did more testing, and referred him to a specialist. My son was diagnosed with an immunodeficiency when he was 3. I thank God for Dr. Khan everyday; if anything ever comes up, she doesn't stop until she figures it out or finds someone that will. Dr. Khan is always so nice, takes her time to explain, and answers my questions. I NEVER feel rushed or like she's not listening.
