Going to be visiting my mom today. She is still saying "she is not getting the care that she should be".

DO NOT put a loved one in this nursing home if you care about how they are treated and taken care of this place is the worst nursing home in Lufkin, TX. I have yet to find anyone there who cares to do their job. The smart rating show it as #3 evidently they haven't rated this place in the past year. With the exception of 1 maybe 2 people out of the whole facility they are all rude and it makes them mad for someone to ask them to do their job. I would not have given one star but I had to in order to post a review
This is an outstanding team. They are caring and responsive and care deeply about those they serve. Can't say enough good about them.
This place is horrible. My mother had a terrible experience here and I would not recommend this place.
