Didn't wanna cook. Got 1 lb of sliced beef, beans, and tater salad in a very timely manner. Best meal I haven't cooked in awhile! Yummy stuff!
The ribs were pre-sliced and had no smoke flavor. They tasted and looked as if they were finished off in an oven and the sausage tasted like cotto salami. Bbq can be regional to tastes.I get that. I compete... in sanctioned/non-sanctioned events as a hobby. But for a restaurant, this was like someone's backyard experiment gone wrong. Did I mention the staff was great?!

The BBQ here is amazing. The sliced beef is so tender it falls apart. The seasonings are great and not over powering. Service is quick and very friendly.
I'm willing to bet Roland Lindsey(founder) has never eaten here! I grew up in Longview, Tx., eating at the original location on Mobberly Ave. and this location is a disappointment. The staff was great and service was excellent. The product however, was horrible. I have no idea what these other reviewers have eaten here to rate this 5 stars. I've eaten at several locations throughout East Texas and at least there was some consistency in flavor and product quality.
