I had never had fried catfish before trying Catfish King and I was not disappointed. Some of the staff is a little irritable but for the most part, they're very friendly. On top of that, the food is just amazing.
One of my favorite places to get catfish while hearing further east in Texas. I like this location a little better than the Livingston one because their catfish is fresher. Also, great salad bar! I have been coming to this place since I was a little girl.
Mine was great I wish I took a pic but the fish and shrimp were fried perfect. It's a mom and pop place so don't expect excellent decor just excellent food.
