These guys sold me a Dell E6400. A nice computer if it works. But mine doesn't. It can't handle typing in sentences for e-mail. It freezes up, and you have to wait minutes before the words appear. It's random, sometimes they do right away, and sometimes they don't. The battery doesn't charge. I'm running on a cord or not at all. The remote assistance says I can allow this company to see what's on my screen and resolve issues remotely. Good. Only when I tried that, the screen doesn't offer a connect option. I wrote an e-mail to the company, and never got a response. I tried Chat, and they're too busy to chat. Pretty awful. Chargeback time.
