Called in order took longer than they asked to get there and still had to wait for the food the girl working the window looked like a deer in the Headlights scared and reactive we asked her for extra salt extra ketchup and the little spice packets that they have for the chicken before we got our food he reaches her arm out enhance the driver two packs salts 2 packs of the spicy Shake for the third time we told her extra ketchup Extra salt extra spice packets we waited about 5 more minutes at the window they brought us our food and we left open the boxes $27 worth of food!! And no ketchup no salt and no spicy packs whatsoever and one napkin per box I was so effing irate the driver asked you want to go back I proclaimed if she's not going to get it after the 4th time she's not going to get it we were already running late but I wanted my nephew try some of the chicken and I enjoyed so much in Nacogdoches but our place there has been closed for renovations for three months strike three 45678 if I ever go back to that place again just shoot me
Excellent food, service was great! Chicken wasn't greasy and had a great flavor. The rolls are great as well!
Food was good but service was not. I did not see an adult in the building. The place was run by kids. While we were there I saw 3 wrong orders, our order was made twice and one lady who had ordered before us had to go up to counter twice to get food. Please fix this problem- I love the chicken tenders and sweet tea!
