The lady that was getting off didn't tell the kitchen about my order before she ran out the door. However the shift manager Candace refunded my money and rushed the order out to us.
Bad service some days and others its okay. Pretty frequently mess up orders. Never crowded.
Restaurant could use some updating and repairs . Otherwise clean. Crew was prompt and welcoming.
Good food. Good help. Reasonable prices. What more could a reasonable person want. Plus they have great ice cream treats!
Waited 15 minutes for my food and they gave it to another customer who came in 5 minutes after me.. No apology, just offered to "Go grab my food real quick...." when I asked for a refund... why didn't they just "Grab it real quick when I ordered 15 minutes ago.... if this place is busy, don't expect much.
