Tonight my fiancé called in an order for a regular combo with fries and a drink. To preface this complaint, I am currently 4 months pregnant with our first child. We have eaten at wingstop many times, at multiple locations in multiple cities, both in the store and with to-go orders. We usually don't have a problem. We have slowly noticed a decline in the quality of the food at this location, but still remain Wingstop customers because we've always had a good experience. Needless to say, our experience tonight was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. Once my fiancé paid for the food and came back home, I took a bite of the fries and noticed they were completely uncooked (RAW) with no seasoning. We also got large chunks of potatoes, basically potato wedges, in our fries. I could not bite into the potatoes they were so hard. My fiancé, concerned for my safety, drove back to the store to have them replaced & called ahead to let them know about our fries. The employee first REFUSED to replace our fries, and then HUNG UP in my fiancé's face. When he finally made it to the restaurant, the same employee AGAIN refused to replace the fries and continued to argue back & forth with my fiancé, as well as other customers who were also having issues with the quality of their food. When asked to speak to the manager, my fiancé was told BY the manager that the employee refused to replace the fries because she found his attitude to be rude, basically justifying the bad service without offering to replace our fries or refund our money. She also told him "if you would just calm down maybe I could help..." before refunding him $2.00 when our meal was $11.69. Still did not receive edible fries. Finally, when asked to speak to upper management or for the customer service hotline, the manager told my fiancé she "did not have the number on hand". We are very disappointed and upset with this experience and WILL NOT be returning to ANY Wing Stop location. High quality of food and exemplary customer service standards are obviously not a priority at this location. Service and attitude of staff was rude, childish, and uninviting. Both management and kitchen staff were not helpful or courteous; food safety DESPERATELY needs to be revisited. This review has one star because zero is not an option. In closing, DO NOT EAT HERE if you expect basic customer service and cooked food. Thank you.
Nice quiet area...8 min -10 min wait for wings...nice soda selection. Very clean restrooms and dining area.
WAY BETTER THAN BUFFULLO WILD WINGS!
I liked both but lately their wings are bland. Especially the salt and vinegar. You expect the zingy taste and too spend that much money I figured I'm going back to Wingstop for good. They need a bigger place. I love their fries and the vegetables and their ranch is awesome. Wingstop was my may joint for great wings but I like different variety so that's why I started going to both. Not any more. I'd rather spend the money and know I'm getting the taste I'm paying for.
The one in Lufkin put a gallon of grease in my bag with fries.... Literally drained on my cloth seats... And the manager said oh... And could I bring the wings back to be replaced.. NOOOO Customer Service Skills...
