They got lot of different parts for your car
Lufkin never has enough help. You stand and wait to be assisted. The phone rings and rings. Last time I went, the young man was very helpful but did not find what I was needing.
The people are very nice and the prices are not to expensive
Went in with my mom, & asked for help, was told to wait a couple of minutes because he was helping someone else, which is fine. One of the employees was yelling for a manager across the store "I need a password, stop treating me like a child & ignoring me!!" (Unnecessary). There were two other employees in clear view sitting & laughing behind the check out counter. I understand y'all were "busy", but I don't want to wait 45 minutes to get some form of service. Never going back, I'll just go to a different auto store.
