This is one of the friendliest and most proficient businesses that my husband (Tom) and I have visited in quite sometime. Very professional and time conscious. Our vehicle needed 4 new tires and they took off the old ones and put on new ones 30-45min. From the young man (Zeke) who took our car to the back, to another guy that brought it out to us, there could not have been a better crew. Our son recommend Discount Tire and this where we will come back to.
As a local business owner customer service is imperative. These guys could care less about their customers... received a call my tire was ready so the following day I drove up there. It had been over a week and it still wasn't in. Even worse they treated me like I was the idiot for not calling. The manager didn't even try to make it right and they tried to throw extra charges. Avoid these guys it's all about the money.
Very friendly and professional staff. I usually go to Wal-Mart for oil changes, rotations, tire changes, etc. but Wal-Mart changed their policy and will now no longer service my vehicle because I use a screwdriver to start it. Discount tire had no problem with it. They are a bit pricier than Wal-Mart, but way friendlier and prompt, and have excellent warranties on the tires.
Pretty good prices on their tires and rims. Quite busy every time we've been there, this last time was outrageous. Went to have air added to tired, PSI was about 29, took them nearly an hour to do it. To top it off, the guy who told us the work was done said our tire tread was near replacement time. We bought the tires brand new two weeks ago from them. Seriously considering going elsewhere.
