This place sucks!! Corey Lemons, an estimator with S&W, (Lufkin Location), refuses to return my calls. I already have a claim # approved through Allstate. This Place has the worst customer service I have seen in Lufkin, Tx.
Hope I never need auto body work again, but if I do, this is my body shop!
Had a wonderful experience here! The girls are the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I was helped immediately by Kevin, and Israel did an incredible job on my headlights! Now they shine super brightly. Just fantastic customer service. I will be coming here for all my vehicle needs from now on.
S and W EXPERTS HAHA THEY SHOULD BE CALLED SORRY WORKERS EXPERT IN STEALING YOUR MONEY. THESE PEOPLE COULDN'T INSTALL A RADIATOR IN MY VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH IN HALF JUST TO GET MY VEHICLE AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FINISHED IT. THEY KEEP SAYING ITS THE RADIATOR. DOUBT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE THEY WON'T FIX THINGS RIGHT AND WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR REPAIRS.
I was SO well taken care of. They keep me posted on the status of my car, answered all my questions with great patience. Kevin Evans was kind and professional, a pleasure to work with!
