Worst mechanic experience ever, i dropped my truck off on a friday morning and they said they might not get to checking it out till monday..... ok well monday comes around so i call and the guy has an excuse why they cant look at it till the next day, mind that they have my truch this whole time and i express that i need my truck to get back and forth to work, so everyday i call its another excuse and here it is a week later and still havent gotten anything done
Got a thief working there or with access to the shop. Stole my amp and messed up the wiring as well as a knife out of the door. Broke my rearview mirror while doing so.
Great customer service! Very nice people and very up front with cost and service. Willing to work with you and try to help you out when your in bind. It was the only place I could find, other than the dealership who I don't do business with anymore, that would try to get the used car warranty that I had purchased when I bought the truck to pay to fix the transmission. I ended up with a completely built trans with a heavy duty torque converter and I was only out $100. Nobody else wold work with me and wanted to charge me at least $2600. Du Bose save me a bunch of money. It did take a long time for me to get my truck back but I was told that from the being due to the fact that the used car warranty likes to take there time. All in all I am a very happy customer.
Other than that, they seemed to do a fine job flashing the computer on the transmission. Would not use again.
